I am still feeling hungry so I don't think it really suppress my appetite.. But I did lose some weight (it might be also due to stress and not sleeping well bec sometimes I do push myself to burn midnight oil). I've not been eating any healthier (oops) and still drinking sugared drinks once in awhile but I'm trying very hard to stick to SM tea and plain water. I've been staying away from cold water too.
Night cleanse is rather effective for me as I do not clear my bowels everyday and I get nagged at by my dad (lol) bec he says if I don't shit, my mind will tell my body to retain the shit (gross max). But the morning after I had my night cleanse, I'll visit the toilet very often. 3x in a day and it's almost like laosai LOL. Sorry, I've no idea how to make it less uncouth :p
I think it's not advisable to do teatox every month right? So I guess I'll have to purchase my next set maybe end May? If you girls wanna get the Bestie Pack, let me know k? I've a few girls who are interested and I'll rope you two up! But for those who are uncertain if it really works, just get the 14-days one to try first!
I'm quite impressed with the night cleanse so I'm definitely continuing with SM!! I promise more body pictures when I start working out okay? I'm like a lump of fat right now hhahaha.

Went for TPL's shoot @ J's last Sunday and I was such a sotong head!!! Read on...
I cabbed to Lester's from home because the weather was terrible and since I was lugging the huge camera bag and my full makeup kit, it was almost impossible for me to take a bus, so I succumb to taxi. When I finally managed to wake Lester up to go for a quick lunch.... "SHIT, my camera battery at home leh omg how???" I immed texted J to ask if we could reschedule the shoot but she
won't be available the next week so I had to make another trip back home to get the scumbag battery >:( I was so angry with myself bec Lester had to send me home and then to YCK and that's alot of petrol so I told him I'll treat him to dinner and asked him to think of what should we have at night!
A little blury bec everyone was giving me the judgy eyes lol. Then zoomed over to J's for the shoot! It was quite exciting la, bec I'm working with someone I know for years so it's not that awkward, as compared to my virgin shoot lol (it was so horrible *CRIES*)
I can never pose properly in front of a camera lolol don't judge, I'm saving the pretty photo for the launch so I'm just putting an okay one up for the moment...
DAT AWKWARD LOOK, DAT AWKWARD SMILE. omfg I have so much to work on. Why don't I have a perf V face and slimmer thighs. Hating my thighs so much now pfft.
We took about 2hrs+ to do up the measurements and stuff and off I go for a date!
Lester decided to go Timbre bec he knows my huge appetite for pizza and since I've not tried the smoked duck pizza at Timbre's, he thought it would be a great place as there'll be beer hehe. I'm more of a beer person than a hard liquor one. Gin and Tonic is prolly my only favourite and I can never drink them neat (yuck). I know many girls like the sparkling juice, omg what is it called?! Suddenly loss of memory hahaha, but I don't leh, I like the malty after taste of beer so yeah, BUY ME BEER OK? It's cheap and I appreciate it more lol.

Here's to chilling on a Sunday night! What's better than having a live band playing, a pint of beer in your left hand and the right one in your partner's?? HAHA lol mushy much.
Every Sunday should be like this. Beer and Pizza. And a good live band of course.
Now you know why SM isn't working on me :p
